  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or unavoidable circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.


2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within Bangladesh only.

  • Delivery services are available in most districts and upazilas across the country.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time starts after the order has been processed:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and product weight.

  • The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Occasionally, free shipping offers may be available and will be clearly mentioned.


5. Courier Service

We use reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS or email (if available).


6. Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number after shipment.

  • You can track your order directly through the courier service.


7. Delivery Issues

ebikribd is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances

  • Courier service delays beyond our control

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you as much as possible.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the package and product for verification.

  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
