1. Eligibility for Returns

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and clear photos/video showing the issue

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process

4. Refund Policy

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for size issues or wrong items sent

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item)

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
